Quality at the Laurea Library – to make studying run smoothly
The goal of the Laurea Library is to make your studies as smooth as possible. Good service supports learning exactly when you need it – on campus or online.
That is why your feedback is important to us. Every comment and request helps develop services that better support students’ everyday lives.
The library’s quality work is based on the PDCA model (Plan–Do–Check–Act):
- Plan: Laurea’s strategy and service promise guide the library’s objectives. They are updated based on feedback and students’ needs.
- Do: We implement services and support studying through multiple channels.
- Check: We monitor the effectiveness of services through student feedback, surveys and usage statistics.
- Act: We analyze feedback and make necessary changes. Development work is documented so that the effects are visible going forward.
You can give feedback at any time – online, by e-mail, or when visiting the library. Every piece of feedback helps move services forward.
