Teaching in autumn 2026 begins no earlier than 17 August 2026 and in spring 2027 no earlier than 7 January, according to the course delivery schedule.
Enrolment schedules for studies
Laurea offers courses year-round. The preliminary course offering is published annually in September of the previous year, i.e. the 2027 offering will be published in September 2026.
The offering may be adjusted, e.g. based on demand.
Plans for course delivery and the implementation schedules are available online at least two weeks before the start of the enrolment period (see curriculum and timetable tool).
Enrolment periods
Enrolment starts at 08:00 and ends at 23:59.
- Autumn 2026 course offering: Week 21, i.e. 18–24 May 2026
- Spring 2027 course offering: Week 48, i.e. 23–29 November 2026
- Summer studies 2027: Week 14, i.e. 5–11 April 2027
- Autumn 2027 course offering: Week 21, i.e. 24–30 May 2027 (courses in the academic year 2027–2028)
- Enrolments are processed within one week of the end of the enrolment period.
Late enrolment
If there is space on a course after the official enrolment period, the enrolment period will be extended. The decision to extend is made per course when enrolments are processed. Late enrolments will be confirmed no later than the week preceding the start of the course.

Graduation and graduation ceremonies
The notice of graduation is submitted when all studies required for the degree have been recorded in the student register. The degree certificate is generally issued within three weeks of submitting the notice of graduation.
