Laurea University of Applied Sciences works closely with students by offering versatile partnership models for working life, such as student projects, internships and theses. The collaboration, which covers more than 12,000 students, focuses on genuine work-oriented learning and producing solutions for the needs of companies.

Forms of cooperation with students can be, for example:

• Student projects: Companies can use student groups in, for example, development tasks, marketing research or service design.
• Internships (on-the-job training): Students bring fresh know-how to companies and can also act as international links.
• Theses: Students do research and development work that solves concrete challenges in working life.

The focus of the cooperation is genuine customer work and solving everyday challenges, which increases students’ working life skills and offers companies added value.
