Application
Complete your unfinished degree at Laurea
Have your university studies been interrupted and would you now like to complete your degree? You can apply to Laurea through a separate application to finish your studies. Studies are planned flexibly to suit your life situation.

Why complete unfinished studies?
Completing unfinished studies brings a sense of achievement and strengthens self-confidence. At the same time it opens up new opportunities in working life and further studies, since a degree supports career development. During your studies you will gain new perspectives and develop your skills toward your own goals. Competence acquired in working life can also be recognised as part of the degree.
We offer those who have interrupted their studies the opportunity to complete their degree at Laurea, provided they have previous studies of at least 160 credits at AMK level or 55 credits at YAMK level. You can apply as a student even if you have not completed your previous studies at Laurea.
Complete your Bachelor degree programme
The L160 separate application is intended for you when your goal is to complete an interrupted Bachelor degree programme. You have completed at least 160 credits of suitable degree-leading studies at any Finnish higher education institution.
Complete your Master’s level degree
The L55 separate application is suitable for you when your goal is to complete an interrupted higher university degree. You have completed at least 55 credits of suitable studies leading to an advanced university degree at any Finnish higher education institution.
