Usernames and logging in to services
General information about Laurea username
To sign in to Laurea services you always use a username that ends with @laurea.fi

firstname.lastname@student.laurea.fi(this is for email only)
Remember: You cannot use your email address to sign in to Laurea services.
If you have multifactor authentication (MFA) enabled, but for some reason an approval notification does not appear in the Authenticator, the MFA must be reset. This can be done in Laurea’s IAM portal. Instructions for registering and resetting MFA can be found here.
