I can’t log in to Pakki, what should I do?

Log in to Pakki by entering your username in the format username@laurea.fi (for example 1234567@laurea.fi or ANT01234@laurea.fi). If you still cannot log in, send a message to the Service Desk. In your message, provide your full name, username and student number.

Where can I see my tutor teacher in Pakki?

In Pakki’s home page, select Study entitlement information. Under the Study information menu, the instructors added for you (tutor teacher, head of student affairs, thesis supervisor) are displayed. Note that information related to your study entitlement, as well as personal and contact details, are visible to you only after your study entitlement period has started.

I have multiple active study entitlements, how can I see the details of a specific study entitlement in Pakki?

Select your name from the top right corner of the home page, and choose the correct study entitlement under Entitlements. Note that information related to your study entitlement as well as personal and contact details are visible to you only after your study entitlement period has started. When your study entitlement has ended, you will no longer see the details or your PSP for that study entitlement in Pakki.

Where can I find my grades?

You can find the grades for completed and partial study attainments in Pakki by selecting Credits in the top menu. If the study you have completed contains parts, there will be a button in the Additional information column. By clicking on the button (Completion methods and parts) you will see the assessments given for the parts.

I have completed a study but I can’t see the grade in Pakki, what should I do?

If you have completed the study at Laurea, contact the teacher in charge of the study. If you have completed is a cross-institutional study, check with the higher education institution that offered the study whether a grade has been given.

I have problems with timing my studies, what should I do?

Try the following:

1. Check that you have selected a draft version of your PSP. You can check and select the PSP version under Select version of PSP.
2. Log out of Pakki and clear your browser cache, try a different browser or the browser’s incognito window.
3. Make sure you are not clicking on the Bring timings or Clear timings buttons on the view. Edit your timing only by dragging studies to the desired semester.

If you continue to have problems with timing, contact study services or the Service Desk.

How do I register for the academic year?

Choose the menu Studies (lightbulb symbol) and tap Registration for the academic year. You will be directed to the OILI service, where you will register as present or absent for the academic year. See more detailed instructions for registering for the academic year.

How do I download an official certificate of studies or a transcript of records?

You can download an electronically verified certificate of studies or a transcript of records by clicking Order certificates (leaf icon) in the top menu of Pakki. The recipient of the electronic certificate of studies or transcript of records can verify the document’s authenticity through a separate system found on Laurea’s website.

How do I download the electronic degree certificate?

When your graduation has been processed and the electronic degree certificate is ready, you can retrieve your degree certificate by clicking from Order certificates (leaf icon). See the full graduation instructions.
