AI tests the structures of work | Free webinar for companies interested in AI
What does the adoption of artificial intelligence reveal about an organization’s current ways of working? And what should be developed so that AI creates lasting benefits rather than just isolated experiments?
The Human-centric AI Actions at Workplaces (AI-askelia)” project‘s pilots have found that the adoption of AI raises much more than new technological possibilities. It also reveals needs for developing practices, skills and leadership.
In this webinar we will examine what should be clarified and developed within an organization so that individual AI experiments can be turned into workable common practices and AI supports smooth work, learning and managed change. Please note that the webinar is in Finnish!
The webinar is part of the The Human-centric AI Actions at Workplaces (AI-askelia) project. The project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF+). The funding was granted by the Northern Finland Centre for Economic Development. The project is coordinated by TIEKE, Finnish Information Society Development Centre with project partners Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, Kajaanin University of Applied Sciences and Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
