Human-centered technology

We help turn technological opportunities into value by combining people, the organization and technology. We build solutions that become rooted in everyday work, strengthen change capability and produce better services and practices.

Technology creates value only when used

Artificial intelligence, automation and digital services are evolving faster than many organizations can adopt them. Therefore the challenge is usually not only in the technology. Successful change also requires skills, trust, organizational readiness, functioning processes and clear ownership.

Our goal is to strengthen agency in transformation – the ability of people and organizations to understand technological change, participate in it and actively influence how technology is implemented and used.

We research and develop ways to make the adoption of technology useful, responsible and sustainable. We view change through three interlinked dimensions:

  • People – skills, behavior, acceptance, agency and well-being
  • Organization – leadership, processes that support resilience, readiness and culture
  • Technology – artificial intelligence, data, automation, digital platforms and new technologies. When these dimensions are developed together, it is possible to move from individual technology experiments toward solutions that become part of everyday work and produce measurable value.
