AI-askelia – Human-centric AI actions at work places

We support organizations in adopting AI. Together with our project partners, we develop an easy‑to‑use and scalable operating model that helps organizations advance the use of generative AI through concrete pilots—while taking business needs, regulation, and employee well‑being into account. The model is developed in three phases and will be openly available.

Project Background

We help organizations start using AI in their everyday work. Together with our project partners, we develop an easy‑to‑use and scalable operating model that supports the adoption of generative AI through real‑life pilots—while taking business needs, regulation, and employee well‑being into account. The model is developed in three phases and will be openly available.

Project Objectives

Our goal is to help organizations adopt generative AI in everyday work. The project develops a clear operating model and practical tools that support starting, expanding, and embedding the use of AI in a controlled way.
We support both organizations that are still considering the use of AI and those that are already using it. The operating model is based on cooperation between management and employees and takes into account work efficiency, productivity, skills development, employee well‑being, and datasecurity.

Project Activities

The project is carried out in three phases:

Pilot Phase (09/2025–08/2026)
Testing and developing the operating model and tools with pilot organizations.
Expansion Phase (09/2026–08/2027)
Extending the model to organizations joining in the second phase.
Dissemination Phase (09/2027–08/2028)
Continuing the rollout of the operating model and tools to a wider audience.

Throughout the project, we identify factors that support or hinder the adoption of AI and further develop the operating model based on practical experience. We provide organizations with up‑to‑date webpage for AI adoption, webinars, and opportunities for shared learning through joint events.
