How to build a more open, inclusive and international university community?

Welcome to the PIONEER Open Campus 2030 General Assembly, where students, educators, researchers, higher education institution leaders, policymakers and stakeholders from across Europe come together to discuss the future of the PIONEER Open Campus. The hybrid event will address, among other things, student participation in developing the higher education community, international cooperation, community spirit and collaboration between universities and stakeholders.

The programme will feature speeches on the future of European university alliances, building the PIONEER community and a panel discussion on developing an open and inclusive campus. The event provides an opportunity to network, exchange experiences and take part in the discussion on implementing the Open Campus 2030 vision.

15:00-15:10 Opening of the Assembly and introduction to the theme, President Jouni Koski, Laurea

More information

The event is organised as part of the PIONEER Alliance’s Governance Week, where representatives of the alliance’s member universities from across Europe gather to meet, plan and make decisions. Except for the General Assembly, other Governance Week events are not open to the public.
