International Week at Laurea brings together international colleagues, students, and partners for an inspiring exchange of ideas and experiences. Throughout the week, participants can explore innovative approaches to education and challenge-based learning, experience Finnish hospitality, culture, and campus life, and connect with peers from around the world. The event offers a unique opportunity to share expertise, build new networks, and shape the future of higher education together.

PIONEER Train the Trainer: Challenge-Based Education Workshop

Join this three-day interactive workshop for PIONEER Alliance lecturers interested in Challenge-Based Education (CBE) and international collaboration. Participants will share experiences, explore practical CBE models, learn how to work with external partners, and co-design future educational initiatives with colleagues across the alliance. The workshop offers hands-on tools and ideas that can be applied directly to your own teaching.

Please register through the International Week registration form. This workshop is intended for:

• PIONEER alliance lecturers planning or developing a CBE course
• PIONEER alliance lecturers with experience in CBE collaboration who want to co-create new initiatives
• PIONEER alliance curriculum developers
• PIONEER alliance quality assurance experts interested in CBE practice

A maximum of 20 participants will be selected for the Train the trainer track and notified shortly after registration closes.
