Do you need foresight experts, researchers of desirable futures, designers and trainers, or a broad network of change-makers? As a partner of the ResLab research team, you will develop a sustainable global future in demanding RDI projects together with our team’s experts and Laurea students.

Let’s actively build hopeful futures together
ResLab Research team at Laurea University of Applied Sciences studies and fosters societal resilience while building preferred futures.
For Reslab, resilience means not only preparing, responding and mitigating disruptions but also proactively creating good life within society.
ResLab applies systems, futures, and design thinking in education, business development and RDI projects, providing high-quality insights to public sector, businesses, and academia.
The mission of the ResLab research team is to study and strengthen societal resilience and to build desirable futures. We approach these themes from the perspectives of systems, futures and design thinking. We research, develop, teach, coach, publish and communicate.
Our multidisciplinary, flexible and holistic approach makes us an excellent partner for a variety of projects aiming for impactful results in Uusimaa, Finland, Europe and globally.
We have extensive experience with funding instruments such as, internationally, CERV, HORIZON and EDF; of national funding from the Academy of Finland, ERDF (EAKR) and ESF+ (ESR+); and in business contexts, CELTIC-NEXT. We are continuously seeking new collaboration partners.
