Project Basis

Innovation Hub Vantaa –project creates three operating model examples by interviewing the actors and stakeholders of the possible innovation hub about their needs and expectations for the hub operation in Vantaa region. In the focus are the needs of the companies operating in the Vantaa area. One of the project activities is benchmarking existing innovation hubs operating in the national and European markets. Results of these benchmark analyses will be compared to the needs raised up in the Vantaa environment. Co-development methods are used in designing the models and new networks will be build between different actors of the innovation ecosystem. As an outcome of the project, three different operating models will be generated for the needs in Vantaa, especially for Business Vantaa services.
