SME’s and startups face increasing demands for responsibility, but the personnel has limited time and practical expertise. Companies need clear and applicable methods to integrate responsibility into their everyday business operations.

Project objectives

• To strengthen responsibility skills among the personnel of SME’s and startups.
• To provide companies with concrete tools for responsible business practices.
• To support companies in responsible recruitment, sales and commercialisation.

Project activities

• Designed and delivered three higher education level training courses.
• Trained company personnel in responsible business, recruitment and sales practices.
• Delivered the courses through independent study and online sessions.
• Developed a gamified learning module on corporate responsibility.
• Published learning materials and reports on the project results.
