Project Description
The project developed solutions to address key labour market challenges faced by Vantaa, particularly low levels of educational attainment and the changing skills requirements driven by business digitalisation.
Through a co-creation approach, the project generated new solutions to enhance employee competencies, support technological transformation, and promote employment. These solutions also contributed to the sustainable and responsible growth of businesses.
The services were targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in Vantaa with 10 to 200 employees, as well as their personnel.
