Project background

SMEs in the wellbeing and health technology sector operate in a rapidly changing environment, where technological transformation opens up new opportunities for innovation and business development. Success requires the ability to anticipate future changes in a timely manner, make proactive and well-founded decisions, and manage research, development and innovation (RDI) activities systematically so that limited resources are allocated to the most impactful projects. By strengthening these capabilities, companies can improve their performance, accelerate the adoption of new solutions, and enhance their competitiveness. The InnoSeek project supports companies in developing these capabilities by providing hands-on support for business development, service design and product development, as well as for managing organizational change and building organizational-level capabilities.
