Collaboration with Laurea
As one of Finland’s largest trainers in the social and healthcare sector, Laurea was a natural cooperation partner for Sijaiset.fi, but the collaboration is not limited solely to social and healthcare students. Cooperation has also taken place in a student project with business students.
- In studies, cooperation has been carried out e.g. related to digital marketing and HR.
- Sijaiset.fi has also hosted internships.
Our key partnership with Laurea is very important for our company. We want to meet students and give them their first contact with work in the social and healthcare sector.

Sijaiset.fi Personnel Services as a company
Sijaiset.fi Personnel Services was founded in 2019 on the basis that both the employee and the employer benefit from using the service. The employer can outsource the recruitment of gig workers entirely to Sijaiset.fi Personnel Services, saving time and their supervisors’ work resources, while the worker gains full freedom to choose and control their own working hours.
There are over 40,000 registered workers at Sijaiset.fi and around 500 units.
