Are you considering university studies but not yet sure about the field or the way of studying? At Laurea you can explore bachelor studies flexibly and try out courses before making your decision.
What, who and how?
The First Steps are low-threshold studies where you can get to know different fields of education, learn the study skills needed and how studying progresses. In addition, you can complete courses usually taken at the beginning of degree studies; these can be credited as part of a degree if you apply to study at Laurea. The studies do not commit you to continue, so try boldly and dare to dream!

Sneek-peek courses (in Finnish)
Sneek-peek courses are free online courses open to everyone, which allow you to flexibly explore university of applied sciences studies and different fields regardless of time and place.
Completed courses can be included as part of a degree if you later apply to study at our university of applied sciences. At the moment there are sneek-peek courses only in Finnish.

Study Guidance Services
