Laurea launches researcher career track with ten researcher recruitments

Researcher positions are opened in all Laurea’s three research programmes.

Laurea University of Applied Sciences launches the researcher career track and recruits ten researchers to the career track. The positions are opened in all Laurea research programmes: Sustainable and versatile social and health care, Service Business and Circular Economy, and Coherent security.

– The researcher career track strengthens the effectiveness of the university’s research, development and innovation activities, says President, CEO Jouni Koski.

On the career track, a researcher can progress on the career ladder based on predefined criteria.

– The researcher career track and recruiting ten researchers to the career track provides a great opportunity to develop Laurea’s RDI activities, says Mari Vuolteenaho, Vice President responsible for RDI activities.

– We will use the knowledge and viewpoints of Laurea staff and external experts extensively in the selection of researchers and subsequent career track progress assessments.
