RDI Specialist and Project Manager at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, with experience in publicly funded development projects and multi-actor collaboration in knowledge management, digitalisation, and sustainable development.

My research and development interests focus on collaboration, leadership, and innovation to support human-centered, sustainable, and regenerative futures. Especially: ecosystems, co-creation, experiential and tacit knowing, dialogue, embodiment, data economy & AI.
