About me
I work at Laurea UAS as the leader of the Correctional Services Research Group and as Principal Lecturer responsible for the Master’s Degree Programme in Development and Management in Correctional Services. My research interests are related to the digitalization of prisons, competence requirements of correctional services professionals, supervised probationary freedom, the significance of the client–employee relationship in supporting desistance.
