VALUE - Urban Foresight in Vantaa The aim of the project is to create a network-based regional foresight operating model, the task of which is to support both the renewal and competitiveness of companies operating in the Vantaa area. The project implements a set of operating models for a regional forecasting system and a technological platform that collects and shares forecasting information and enables the utilization of artificial intelligence in data collection and sharing. Laurea's part is to strenghten foresight mindset among operators in Vantaa area, to create and build a MOOC course, to create a mentor network and to help to invent new business ideas arising from foresight thinking. The regional foresight system created in the project will be consolidated as an integral part of the City of Vantaa's decision-making and vitality ecosystem. It will also be integrated into the future Learning Campus in Vantaa.
