Project background
Small and medium‑sized export companies need up‑to‑date expertise on the green transition, responsibility and international competition. However, they often lack a clear model for managing competence in the long term and anticipating future needs. The SURE project addressed this by developing a structure for continuous workplace learning.
Project objectives
- Organizations gain access to a tool (the SURE Meter) that helps assess and develop competence management.
- Companies receive a model that supports continuous workplace learning and strategic competence development.
- Leaders, teams and employees strengthen their skills in the green transition, responsibility, export competence, performance and resilience.
- Companies are able to anticipate competence needs 3–5 years ahead.
