Background of the project
The MoveOn project, in collaboration with network partners, is developing a Multiagency Network Model that responds swiftly to support young people exhibiting criminal behavior and their families. The model aims to address young people’s problems and identify service packages tailored to their needs to help break the cycle of crime.
As part of the development of the multi-agency network model, the project is piloting a Peer Support Pair Model (a professional + a trained expert by experience), which provides support to young people and their families in engaging with available services.
