Project background

Critical sectors such as energy, healthcare, and transport face increasing cyber threats due to growing digitalisation. Organisations often lack a unified way to assess risks and respond effectively. DYNAMO addressed this gap by creating a comprehensive approach to resilience and preparedness.

Project objectives

• Develop methods to assess organisational resilience
• Combine business continuity management (BCM) and cyber threat intelligence (CTI)
• Improve preparedness and recovery in critical sectors
• Support collaboration and information sharing between stakeholders
• Provide decision support across all phases of the resilience cycle.

Project activities

The DYNAMO project:

• mapped risks and cyber threats in critical sectors
• developed a resilience assessment method and digital platform
• integrated threat intelligence and continuity management tools
• piloted solutions in real-world use cases (e.g. energy, healthcare, maritime)
• organised workshops and stakeholder collaboration activities
• produced guidelines, training materials, and practical tools.

Consotium

The DYNAMO project brought together a consortium of 15 organisations from ten European countries, including research institutes, universities, and companies working in cybersecurity, resilience, and critical infrastructure.
