COPE - Competent workforce for the future
COPE (Competent workforce for the future needs and competence development) The purpose of the COPE project is to explore the transition in health and social services and its impact on employment, competence needs and competence development. The project will answer the following three programmatic questions: •What are the most important changes affecting knowledge and know-how, working life and the labour market in social and health care, and how should these changes be addressed? •How can the competence required in the future workplace be identified, developed, supported and implemented? •How will immigration affect working life and the renewal of education, and competencies?
