Collaboration with Laurea
The aim of the key partnership for Varma is recruitment cooperation and increasing awareness among students. Varma wants to offer students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the pension insurance sector and with Varma both as an employer and as a company.
Varma has acted as a client in a Service Design project with students from various fields, which sought new solutions for work ability management services.

Varma as a company
Varma’s mission is to secure the pensions of Finns amid changes in working life and the world. Varma is a pioneer as a partner in our customers’ work ability management. Varma invests the funds collected as pension contributions responsibly, profitably and securely for current and future pensions.
