Fonum
Fonum is a Finnish company specializing in phone repair, recycling, and the sale of used phones.
Collaboration with Laurea
Through this key partnership, Fonum aims to gain new insights into business development through collaboration with students. At the same time, Fonum also offers job opportunities to Laurea students, for example in part-time sales or repair roles. These provide flexible opportunities to work alongside studies, and Fonum also trains employees for their roles.
The first student project carried out in collaboration, as part of the Service Design course, was implemented in the fall of 2025.

Fonum as a company
Fonum was founded in 2013 and serves customers at nearly 35 stores and service points across Finland. Fonum employs approximately 260 people.
