Collaboration with Laurea
The goal of the key partnership cooperation at Betesda is to work closely with Laurea and its students. Betesda’s experts have, for example, visited studies. Betesda has also acted as a client for student projects and participated in project collaboration.
- The Betesda Foundation has already participated in several Laurea RDI projects, such as the VoimaProfi and Lempeä hoiva projects.
- Betesda has carried out student projects with students from various fields, e.g., related to marketing.
It is important for us to bring more of the working life perspective into the development of teaching; where our field is heading and what kinds of needs working life has.

Betesda Foundation
The Betesda Foundation group consists of the Betesda Foundation and its subsidiary Betesda-Palvelut Oy, whose area of operation is Uusimaa. The Betesda Foundation is a non-profit community whose activities are centered on civic action. Betesda-Palvelut Oy provides residential services and services supporting living at home for older people as well as for people recovering from mental health and substance abuse problems.
More than 250 residents live in the Betesda Foundation’s three service homes in Vantaa, Lohja and Sipoo.
