Alumni Groups
Laurea has two core groups of alumni whose goal is to involve graduated students more effectively to develop studies, alumni activities and work services in Laurea.
Alumni delegation
Alumni delegation connects alumni and current students more tightly and supports Laurea in developing alumni activities. It consist in total of 100 alumni.
Alumni Advisory Board
The goal of the Alumni Advisory Board is to support the development of education at Laurea University of Applied Sciences by bringing working life experience and perspectives into development work. The group meets 2-3 times a year together with Katri Ojasalo, Vice President. The group consists of 20 Laurea alumni, and the aim is to form a group that represents different sectors of working life and alumni with different educational backgrounds. Alumni Advisory Board meetings cover various current themes related to Laurea's education and its development to meet the future needs of working life.
