Open UAS
Path studies
With path studies, progress purposefully towards a degree at Laurea’s Open UAS.
Path studies are available for Bachelor (AMK) and Master (YAMK) degree programmes.

Step onto the path toward a degree
Path studies are an alternative route into Laurea’s degree programs. In path studies you begin higher education studies in the Open UAS as part of a degree student group and progress purposefully towards a Bachelor’s degree program (AMK) or a Master’s degree program (YAMK). After path studies you can apply to become a degree student at Laurea in a separate application and continue to graduation with the familiar group. All path studies you have completed are accepted as a part of the degree, which speeds up your graduation.
Path studies are intended for those who want to move determinedly towards a degree and are ready to commit to goal-oriented full-time study. The studies are content-wise and in terms of requirements part of Laurea’s degree education.
Next, step onto your own path and choose the alternative route toward a degree that suits you. See detailed application instructions and targets on the Bachelor’s Degree Path Studies and Master’s Degree Path Studies pages.
