Laurea provides companies with training related to AI culture in the LEADBEHA project
Digitalisation is transforming work at an increasing pace.
Digitalisation is transforming work at an increasing pace. This intensifies the employees’ need for new information and competence, and higher education institutions play an important role as providers of continuing education in this respect. Continuing education has traditionally been provided in the form of separate courses, with no link to degree-based education. These days, however, the aim is to find ways of offering degree components to the staff of companies and other organisations.
The LEADBEHA project (“Management of behavioural change in AI culture”), led by Laurea, focuses exactly on these aspects. During the project, Laurea and five other higher education institutions will jointly examine and pilot options for developing and commercialising degree-based continuing education.
