About me

I work as a Senior Specialist and Project Manager on national and international R&D projects. I teach and supervise Master’s theses in two MBA programs, Strategic Management and Foresight and Visionary Leadership.

My work is guided by research-driven and co-creative approaches. I have expertise in qualitative research design and have specialized in interview studies. In my research I have examined human perspectives in organizational change and early post-acquisition integration.
