Olen sosiaalialan yliopettaja, sosiaalipsykologian dosentti sekä Laurean sosiaalialan YAMK-ohjelman vastuuopettaja. Olen johtanut useita tutkimusprojekteja (ml. DigiIn ja VAPAA), joissa on tutkittu rikollisuudesta irrottautumista, uuden teknologian käyttöönottoa sote-palveluissa sekä vankien ja mielenterveyskuntoutujien kohtaamia haasteita digi-palvelujen käytössä.
