Talent Vantaa 2

Successful work communities are even more international and diverse. With the Talent Vantaa activity, the City of Vantaa and Laurea University of Applied Sciences support employers to recruit international talent and develop capabilities and practices that help to better identify and utilize skills acquired elsewhere than in Finland. The operation of the project also supports the attraction, settlement and employment of international experts in Vantaa. Talent Vantaa is part of the national Talent Boost network and receives funding for organizing activities from the Ministry of Labor and Economy.
