Services for students

Laurea offers various services for all students. The student union (Laureamko) represents Laurea students and organises several activities and events as part of services for students.

Student union Laureamko

As a member of Laureamko you’ll get all student benefits in Finland. These benefits are accessible via the Laureamko student card.

Student Affairs Offices

The Student Affairs Offices serve the students on all Laurea Campuses.

HOAS student housing

The Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region (HOAS) rents out student accommodation in various locations within Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen.

Student Counselling and Guidance Services

The main objective of student counselling and guidance service is to support systematic studying and strengthen students' expertise and social integration to Laurea UAS.

Kela financial aid

Financial aid for studies pursued in Finland is available for Finnish citizens and, under certain conditions, to citizens of other countries.

Schedule for the academic year

Find information about schedules and dates of study dates and enrollment periods, general examination days and registration times and graduation information

Student restaurants

Students can have lunch at every campus for a student price. Others than students can also get lunch at campus restaurants.

Health and Wellbeing

Supporting student well-being is a collective effort for everyone at Laurea. The aim of teachers and other staff is, in their everyday work, to acknowledge and support the well-being of students
