FinJAP - Social Services and Health Care in Finland and Japan – FinJap Services
The idea of FinJap –project is to find out the methods that support elderly people living at home in Finland and Japan. The project concentrates on sharing different practices and ideas of elderly care from social -, healthcare- and financing perspectives. Team-based multiprofessional learning is used as a tool of increasing students' participation.
