The main objective of the KEIJO project is to develop a training model that supports employment, based on experience and its professional use. The target group of the project are persons with criminal and substance abuse backgrounds, whose own recovery has progressed. Persons are now moving towards educate themselves and to go to work.

 

The training utilizes the expertise of the group members dealing with substance abuse and coping with crime-free life management. The main idea of the project is to provide a meaningful way to engage in working life and at the same time to strengthen the positive experience of belonging to society through a successful agency. In addition, the training consists of guided passage through recovery process and close work coaching.
