The project aims to enhance the recovery of small enterprises (employing approximately ten people or more) from the crisis, boosting their resilience and capacity for continuous development. This is crucial for securing productivity, work well-being, and the future employment potential of small Finnish enterprises. The first goal involves developing and testing tools and practices to increase resilience, capacity for change, and collaborative development through workshops with participating companies. These practices extend to both internal company operations and interactions within the enterprise's stakeholder network, aiming for a more flexible use of knowledge and resources. The second goal focuses on disseminating the tested tools and practices to a broader audience of companies and enterprise developers.
