Oy Transmeri Ab is a domestic brand house that imports and markets numerous internationally known brands in addition to its own domestic brand selection.
Collaboration with Laurea
In a key partnership with Laurea, Transmeri aims to provide students with opportunities to become acquainted with working life in its field and to hear the latest insights through the students. Transmeri cooperates with Laurea’s various programmes, such as business administration and beauty care. For students, the collaboration offers, among other things, internships as well as project and thesis topics.
- Transmeri has collaborated especially with students of beauty care and cosmetics education in work placements and thesis projects.
- Cooperation with Transmeri has also been carried out in studies, for example in relation to marketing.
Working with students means new ideas and fresh perspectives for us.

Transmeri as a company
Oy Transmeri Ab imports and markets cosmetics and grocery products in Finland, the Baltics and Sweden. In addition to imports, Transmeri’s selection also includes, for example, domestically produced own brands. The company was founded in 1928.
Transmeri is part of the Transmeri Group and today the company employs about 100 people. Transmeri’s personnel mainly work in various sales and marketing roles.
