Tradenomit – Union for Professionals of Business and Technology
Tradenomit is the professional union and community for everyone who has completed the bachelor of business administration, BBA and bachelor of business administration (YAMK) degrees.
Collaboration with Laurea
Laurea and Tradenomit have worked actively together since the union’s founding. Through the key partnership, the aim is to further promote the visibility of the bachelor of business administration degree and to increase students’ understanding of working-life matters.
Laurea and Tradenomit jointly organize various events for students on topics such as summer jobs and internships, as well as research-based information on working-life issues for bachelor of business administration graduates, such as salaries across different sectors. The key partnership seeks new forms of cooperation, and dialogue regarding the development of the degree and changing the title of the YAMK degree will continue.
Collaboration with Tradenomit has already taken place, for example, in the form of course visits.
We want to find new forms of cooperation that best serve both Laurea and us.

Tradenomi Union as an organization
Tradenomi Union is the professional union for bachelor of business administration graduates, whose task is to ensure the best possible employment conditions for them and to assist with career-related matters. Finland’s largest bachelor of business administration community has nearly 33,000 members and includes both graduates and students.
Regional and sector-specific activities are carried out by associations and networks made up of active members across Finland. The Tradenomit Helsinki office employs 23 people.
