Collaboration with Laurea
The key partnership has enabled Factory to engage in versatile cooperation, for example in recruitment and development work. Within the framework of the collaboration, in addition to internships, business models, restaurant safety and more sustainable lunch services have been developed. Ravintola Factory is also a partner in internships for Nepalese students.
- In studies, cooperation has been carried out, for example, related to website development and service design.
- Ravintola Factory is also involved in the Digital Solutions, Inclusive Leadership, and Employee Centricity in Hybrid Work (DILEC) project.
We often look at our own operations too closely, and that is why students and their new perspectives are very important to us. We also want to continue to gain those perspectives through this collaboration.
