Collaboration with Laurea
The key partnership between Laurea and Go Strong kicked off with a student project at Go Strong’s foster care unit. As part of this key partnership, a new mentoring program is also being launched, which Go Strong is implementing in collaboration with Laurea. Go Strong also offers expert lectures, internships, and potential job opportunities, creating an excellent pathway to working life for students.

Go Strong provides modern, high-quality child welfare services. Go Strong supports children and families in need by offering home-based or residential services that build on their own strengths.
Go Strong’s community-based services provide modern, high-quality, and effective support to children, youth, and families in need of assistance. Go Strong’s children’s homes provide high-quality residential care for situations where home-based support is insufficient.
Go Strong already employs over 60 social and health care professionals: social workers, practical nurses, registered nurses, community educators, public health nurses, youth counselors, an occupational therapist, a pharmacist, a special education teacher, and a psychologist.
