Elo is a large Finnish earnings-related pension insurer.
Collaboration with Laurea
Elo and Laurea have previously collaborated, for example through guest lectures in studies, but the key partnership launched in 2024 enables even broader and more comprehensive cooperation.
- Elo has collaborated in studies, for example with physiotherapy students.
- In addition, student projects have been carried out, for example related to marketing, website development and human resources management.
- Cooperation has also taken the form of internships and theses.
Elo as an organization
One in three Finnish companies and about 40 percent of entrepreneurs have chosen Elo as their earnings-related pension partner. Elo is responsible for the future pensions of 490,000 employees and entrepreneurs, cares for 250,000 pension recipients and manages EUR 30 billion in investment assets.
Elo employs nearly 470 people.
