Collaboration with Laurea
Through key partnership cooperation with Laurea, Elis aims to reach future employees, but also to gain valuable new perspectives for developing its operations from student collaboration. Elis has collaborated with Laurea’s programmes, for example in student projects.
- Elis has acted as a client in student projects related to various degree programmes. Laurea’s physiotherapy students have, among other things, implemented a project for Elis to develop occupational wellbeing and ergonomics.
- Elis is involved in Laurea’s and the University of Lapland’s DILEC (Digital Solutions, Inclusive Leadership, and Employee Centricity in Hybrid Work) project, which started in 2025.
