Collaboration with Laurea
Laurea and Dieta have collaborated for a long time, and the key partnership began in 2020. Dieta has taken part in a variety of collaborations, for example in studies, theses and internships. Collaboration has also taken place in several events where Laurea’s bachelor of hospitality management students have assisted Dieta.
- Dieta participated in the expert sales studies, where students were able to develop their sales skills under the guidance of industry experts.
- Students from different fields have completed numerous theses and internships for Dieta.
- In the most recent student projects with Dieta, topics have included e.g. marketing, website development and sustainability communications.
The university provides us with the freshest expertise, data and insights, as well as fresh, new ideas. At the same time we get to know young talents in the restaurant and hotel sector, who may in the future be our employees, partners and customers.

Founded in 1993, Dieta is a company specialised in the sale of professional kitchen equipment and supplies. Dieta has strong experience in implementing professional kitchens, ranging from cafés and restaurants to hospitals, schools and care home kitchens.
Dieta operates as part of the Finnish-owned Dieta Group.
