Luona is a nationwide provider of social, health and reception services, a 100 % Finnish company and part of the Bravedo community.
Collaboration with Laurea
Through collaboration with Laurea, Luona wants to strengthen ties especially with social and health education and students. So far, cooperation has been carried out in a variety of ways, e.g. in internships, studies and theses across different programmes.
- Students from social and health fields have completed several internships and theses at Luona.
- In studies, cooperation has been carried out related to service design and various social and health sector topics.
We want to offer students, future professionals in the field, perspectives on work in the social and health sector and at Luona. On the other hand, through cooperation with educational institutions we also want to stay at the forefront of sector education and gain new perspectives through collaboration.

Luona as a company
Luona has three business areas: health services, social services and reception services. At Luona everyday social and health work is carried out together with municipalities, regions, the state, hospital districts, private health care providers and insurance companies. The goals of responsible, transparent and jointly developed operations include producing services effectively and sustainably.
Luona Oy is a 100 % domestic company and part of the Bravedo community. In 2024 Luona’s turnover was approximately 62 million euros, and it employed around 300 professionals in social and health care and customer guidance.
