Assembly is Finland’s largest digital art and gaming festival.

Assembly Organizing is especially known as the organizer of Assembly, Finland’s largest digital festival. The first joint projects between Laurea and Assembly have focused on improving the visitor experience through a premium lounge concept and on developing marketing.
- In the Assembly event held in February -26, Laurea students implemented the Premium Lounge concept.
- Laurea students developed a family-friendly game concept for the Assembly event in spring 2025.
The results were really pleasantly surprising. The student groups brought forward concrete development suggestions that can actually be used.

Assembly Organizing
Assembly Organizing is especially known as the organizer of Assembly, Finland’s largest digital festival. For over 30 years the Assembly event has brought together game and computer enthusiasts, and in recent years the event has attracted nearly 30,000 visitors to the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre.
In addition to the Assembly festivals held twice a year, Assembly Organizing operates broadly in the fields of gaming and e-sports. It organizes smaller gaming events both under the Assembly name and for other brands, and acts as a marketing partner and channel. The Assembly.org site serves as a community of approximately 80,000 gaming enthusiasts.
In addition to the three-person core team, the implementation of events involves a team of several hundred volunteers.
