The Mark Challenge

International competition for Master's students

“The Mark Challenge” is an international competition for master’s degree students. The competition is concentrating on luxury and premium service innovations and business models, and the Final will be held in Monaco in the spring of 2018.

By participating in Laurea's The Mark project studies you will be part of the international group of students taking part in The Mark 2017 challenge. If you are successful you could represent Laurea at the Monaco final.

The Mark Challenge will be implemented as The Mark, a five-credit project study module comprising:

1. Participation in four coaching sessions to be held on Thursday evenings
2. Group work and work on the team’s proposal for the competition
3. The presentation of the team’s competition proposal to Finland's Mark Challenge jury
4. A report that includes a review of literature on luxury and premium services, service innovations, and business models, and a description of progress of your own project, and reflection.
