Popularity of Laurea’s Degree Programmes taught in English growing
The number of applications during this application round grew in every Degree Programme taught in English.
The application period for our higher education programmes taught in English ended on Wednesday. According to preliminary statistics, over 3 300 applicants applied to Laurea University of Applied Sciences. This is 50% more compared to last year’s application round.
Laurea offered 220 study places for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes during this application round. Master’s Programme in Global Health and Crisis management received three times more applications compared to last year, making it proportionally the most popular programme. In our Bachelor’s degree programmes, Business information Technology received most applications compared to last year.
Completing a higher degree in English offers diverse opportunities for employment in Finland as well as abroad.
